Bike Trip Across the Southern Tier

People that bicycle across a great expanse of land such as the United States do it for many different reasons.  Mary and I, although having traveled together, probably did it for different reasons and this story is from my perspective.  My interests, as many who know me, have to do with the environment, social interaction and our resource use as humans.  The article includes my observations, my opinions, and my conclusions.  Everyone has a perspective and I bring my own bias to the story. This article includes the pure physical aspect of biking across America and my thoughts behind this trip.  I hope you enjoy this slow journey across this great and diverse country of ours.mary here.
